Exhibitor Registration

All exhibitors are assigned, based upon your requirements, on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors with heavy equipment (8,000 lbs. & up), must exhibit in Halls 1, 2, & 3. Hall 4 (under 8,000 lbs) limitations: must accommodate freight elevator, dimensions, 7' w x 12' d x 8' h; maximum electrical is 208 volts, 3 phase; limited compress air; limited electricity; private meeting rooms are available upon request.

Due to the limited number of exhibitors we can accommodate at FloorTek Expo, the following will apply:

 

a)		Should your company be assigned space as an exhibitor, you will be notified within 15 days with a request for a 30% non-refundable deposit. After that date, you may elect to decline, by written notice only, the reserved space. After TBD, we will maintain that you are an exhibitor and all deposits revert to 100% non-refundable.
b)		Payment in full must be received by TBD
